I'm Lucy, Case Manager at Mortgage Lane, assisting Seren, Operations Director and the wider team of mortgage advisers. What I enjoy most about the role is getting into the details, learning new things, and helping people along the way. I'm currently studying to get my CeMAP! Outside of work, I enjoy travel, nature, and rock music.
