# Seren Norton

Seren Norton is Operations Director at Mortgage Lane, ensuring clients get expert mortgage advice and outstanding service across all areas of property finance.

Operations Director

I'm Seren, Operations Director at Mortgage Lane. I oversee the general day-to-day operations of the business, streamlining processes and making sure our advisers and case managers have the support they need to work efficiently. Alongside this, I work as a mortgage broker myself, spending my days sourcing and quoting finance deals for clients. I've been in mortgages and finance for six years and I'm CeMAP-qualified.

What I enjoy most about the role is finding creative ways to structure finance, helping clients build their property portfolio while using as little capital as possible along the way. Outside of work, I enjoy baking and doing sudokus.
