Tim Park

I'm Tim, Mortgage Adviser at Mortgage Lane, working closely with Ben and Joe across residential, BTL, and commercial cases. I've been in the industry nine years, including five at Principality Building Society. My career started in an unlikely place, doing admin at a non-ferrous metal stockist, before moving into business account management and then financial complaints, working as a case handler, trainer, and team leader. I'm CeMAP-qualified.

What I enjoy most is the unusual applications and queries, helping people out of a tight spot and problem-solving. Anything that stimulates the brain!

I enjoy cooking, dining out with friends, the gym, and history podcasts and reading. I play rugby for two local teams but the older I get, the more it hurts! I'm happy on a city break, a beach holiday, or chilling out in a village in the south of France. Musically, anything you can dance to. Billy Joel at Principality remains the best concert I've been to and when I'm not doing any of that: a cold pint and a sudoku.
